Formed collaboratively by Engineering New Zealand and Water New Zealand in June 2009, the Rivers Group is a technical group for members from both organisations with an interest in rivers management.
If you are involved with rivers, catchment management or river engineering, the Rivers Group provides the opportunity bring practitioners and community interests together.
The Group is managed by an active committee which produces a newsletter, runs field trips and holds an annual conference, often in conjunction with other groups.
