2008/2009 National Performance Review

Eleven water utilities participated in the 2008/2009 National Performance Review. Water New Zealand would like to thank all participants, and Maunsell/AECOM for their role as independent auditors of the project.

Next year the intention is to expand the exercise to include an even wider range of utilities.

2007/2008 Pilot National Performance Review

The pilot Water New Zealand National Performance Review was successfully carried out with the participation of eight water utilities. The exercise has been developed as a critical benchmarking tool for the industry, with the expectation that it will expand to become a national-scale initiative.

Water New Zealand would like to thank the Auckland Water Group for allowing their annual performance review indicators to be used as a basis for developing the pilot national benchmarking programme.

We would also like to thank Maunsell/AECOM for their role as independent auditors of the project.
