2010/2011 National Performance Review
Fourteen water utilities are taking part in the 2010/2011 National Performance Review. Participants report on a total of 106 measures encompassing environmental, social and economic areas. Following collation and an independent audit of the results a summary report will be produced and released in early 2012.
The exercise has been developed as a critical benchmarking tool for the industry, with the expectation that it will continue to expand to become a national-scale initiative. The results of past reviews are presented in the reports available for download below.
