Submission on the Water Services Regulator Bill

Water New Zealand has prepared this submission on behalf of its members.

Water New Zealand fully supports this very important legislation and the intent of the bill and most of the clauses within the legislation, these represent a sea change in the way drinking water will be regulated and a much-needed improvement in the public health of drinking water for all New Zealand communities.
