We are seeking applications for the role of Water Services Operations Team Leader to join our small team of experts. This is a permanent role based in our Thames Office.
Reporting to our Water & Wastes Manager within the Infrastructure Team this role is challenging and varied; you will be managing key contracts, ensuring outcomes and levels of service are being attained and all work complies with legislative requirements and guidelines. As a technical expert you will be providing advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders. Leading a small team you will be coaching and developing people, empowering them to reach goals and contract outcomes.
Ideally you will be someone who is mentally agile, and who can think outside the square to find innovative solutions.You will have a personality that lets you develop strong working relationships and still have a laugh or two. You will be self-starter who can prioritise and operate under pressure.
You will have experience in asset management systems, and in the developing and management of contracts, an eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills.You will be able to communicate complex concepts in a manner which can be understood and acted upon and be a strong influencer.Local government experience would be an advantage but not a necessity.
