Our team works collaboratively to ensure a continuous supply of safe water to our customers, using process control, analytical instrumentation, and demand management tools. As a supplier of an essential service, our focus is on quality and reliability in all aspects of our business.
Overall, you'll be operating Water Treatment Plants and distribution facilities to ensure a reliable supply of safe drinking water. Preferably with a proven experience and understanding of water treatment and supply operations, you'll ensure the security of the water supply is maintained and improved.
Based at the Water Treatment Plants in Hutt Valley, this role will be responsible for being in charge of the bulk water system during normal operations, making decisions on source water selection, treatment plant output and reservoir flow rates.
It is expected that applicants are available to be on a rotating after-hours call-out roster.
