Permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The 3 Waters Program Manager is responsible for programming the delivery of an ambitious capital works program over the next three to five years, delivering major transformations in our water, wastewater and stormwater networks.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced programme manager to join the team and make a difference for the current and future benefit of the community.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of a complex program of infrastructure projects from initiation through to project completion
  • A minimum of 15 years of Water Industry experience, including 3-5 years managing program delivery
  • Demonstrated understanding in the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality management systems

In addition, you will be a highly influential and proactive team member with strong project management skills. You will be able to prioritise needs and teams to ensure timely outcomes and delivery. Communication is a key strength. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
