Analyst, Operational Performance
- Fast moving team and group
- Plenty of development and variety
- Great culture and benefits
Wellington Water is on a transformation journey to improve three waters services in our region - and it starts with our people. It's a fast-paced, exciting environment where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of people while broadening your scope and making a meaningful difference. We are searching for a performance analyst with strong investigative, analytical, and reporting skills with the option of flexible hours and working from home a portion of the time.
In this role, you will be working to improve the operational performance of the three waters network by the evaluation of data to identify medium- and long-term performance trends and the opportunities for service improvements.
You will need great communication and listening skills, alongside a passion for building lasting connections. You will utilise your skills and experience in business analytics to draw insights, build dashboards, interrupt data, monitoring environmental data and performance of our water ways, telling our story to company leaders and client councils, and form an understanding of the technical links to our service goals or development of operational plans.
You will need to report on performance trends and whether the group is meeting their KPI's and how to improve on the overall process. We would expect you to hold a degree, from any of these backgrounds (science/mathematics/engineering), with an interest and future in the waters industry. Ideally you will have at least three years' experience dealing with business data and the analytics surrounding that.
We are striving for a culture that's energising, supportive and welcoming. You will have extensive opportunity to learn and grow while immersing yourself in Petone's growing culture scene, vibrant atmosphere, restaurants and family-oriented lifestyle.
