We are looking for a Team Leader to manage the 3 Waters Group’s Asset Planning Team.

It’s an exciting time to work in the three waters sector: nationwide changes to the way drinking water, wastewater and stormwater services are regulated and delivered are underway and we have some big projects and decisions coming up. We are seeking a positive, proactive and personable team leader with experience managing people and in asset management.

You will lead a team that is responsible for ensuring that water, wastewater and stormwater services are delivered to our communities in a cost effective and sustainable manner now and in the future. You will be working in a collaborative environment to help drive the future direction of 3 Waters for Dunedin. This includes championing best practice asset management, managing performance and risk, capital and operational investment planning, and preparing asset management plans.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and motivating teams, highly developed communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of asset management. Experience in the water industry is preferable, but not essential.
