NEW WATER ROLES
To Tatou Vai is a new Government-owned entity responsible for the collection, treatment and transport of potable (safe to drink) water to the Rarotonga community. It is an essential service and critical to the public health and economic development of the Cook Islands. Our Vision is to be a community-trusted supplier of water services. To Tatou Vai means ‘Our Water’. The first of 10 catchments will be online in the middle of 2019 and we are now recruiting for the following two positions.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and supervising about 15 field staff, this job exists to:
- Manage the field & treatment staff and the operations and maintenance activities of TTV - in terms of water supply.
- Provide operations advice to TTV, including asset management.
- Manage customer interface, including customer service.
- Provide project assistance when requested.
