PWWA, along with the Water Authority of Fiji, is honored to co-host the 13th PWWA Annual Conference and the 6th Ministerial Meeting of Water Ministers from the 14th – 18th November 2022 in Denarau Island, Fiji. PWWA expresses its sincere appreciation to Dr Amit Chanan, CEO of WAF for offering and securing his Government’s approval to host this year’s event, at such short notice. We are confident WAF will ensure we all have a worthwhile experience not only technically but socially and culturally in the beautiful Fiji Islands and at the Sofitel at Denarau Island!
As this will be the first conference after 2019 in Vanuatu due to border restrictions from the COVID19 pandemic , we are looking forward to welcoming all the familiar and new faces from around the Pacific after this long break, to interact with each other face to face, share knowledge, challenges, success stories and learn from each other. Our theme for this year is “Resilience and Water Security”.
During the week we will have a Ministerial Forum, the Young Water Professionals Program, the technical conference with a menu of thematic presentations, an EXPO, the Members Annual General Meeting, site visits and special events where you will be able to join and engage in and be part of.
