The Pathway of Small Supplies from Facilities Maintenance to Water Operations - Auckland Council

Auckland Council's small water and wastewater systems serving public facilities where historically managed by Community Facilities (Parks) Department. Decision was made to hand over the management of these small systems to Healthy Waters Department (formally Stormwater Department) in July 2017.

This presented a unique management responsibility, and the presentation will cover the journey of this transition and how the risks were managed.
