Water New Zealand and Engineering New Zealand invites you to join us for a webinar with L'Rey Renata where she will share insights on her research project - Water Engineers' Perspective on Interactions with Maaoridom in Water Management Solutions.

L'Rey's research dives into the practical application of maatauranga Maaori and Maaori frameworks within the engineering sector of water management and design solutions. Specifically focusing on industry perspectives regarding the role and responsibility of engineers in the application of indigenous knowledge/practices as they develop and provide technical solutions. Her research also identified factors influencing the ability of water engineers to implement maatauranga Maaori and Maaori worldviews in practice.
