We are pleased to be able to share the RIMS Forum 2020 | Call for Abstracts . The Organising Committee invites you to submit an abstract (written papers are not required) for the 2020 Road Infrastructure Management Forum. The committee is looking for papers which are topical and of interest to Forum attendees. The Forum will be showcasing ingenuity, with examples of leading best practice and thinking around adapting to current issues, innovating and managing better with what we have. This is a chance for you to share your experiences and knowledge with your peers and we encourage you to submit an abstract.
WEDNESDAY 25 MARCH
DAY ONE will be plenary presentations which are aimed at the broad roading infrastructure management industry. It will have a strong focus on sharing asset management good practice examples, data collection, works management, transforming data into intelligence and the use of systems and data in optimised decision making and the management of assets.
THURSDAY 26 MARCH
DAY TWO starts with a light breakfast around the Exhibition and two concurrent streams on:
- Vision 2020
- Utility Access to Transport Corridors
The streams on day two will host more detailed technical talks and will also include workshops for sharing difficulties & learning’s, debating and digging further into some key issues in these parts of the industry. An important goal of day two is to provide a forum for professionals in the sectors of the industry that do not often get the opportunity to meet as a community to come together and make contacts/network.
