I am excited about the role the water sector can play regenerating the environment and supporting thriving communities, so working at Water New Zealand is a real privilege. I joined the water sector fifteen years ago, however my training is in Electrical Engineering. I maintain a keen interest in the energy, carbon and water nexus and am particularly interested in our response to the climate crisis. My day job involves providing technical support for our stakeholder groups, which often involves project managing initiatives on their behalf. Engaging with these committed volunteers from around NZ is a huge source of inspiration and easily the best part of my job.
