Fast-track Approvals Bill submission

The Environment Committee called for submissions on the Fast Track Approvals Bill. Water New Zealand has drafted a submission.

We make a number of suggestions to improve the Bill. These primarily relate to eligibility criteria and ensuring three water infrastructure are given regard in the application and assessment of projects for listing.
