Water Services Entities Amendment Bill submission

The single purpose of the bill “is to provide for, and adjust, the establishment, governance, functions, and accountability arrangements for 10 publicly owned water services entities, including transitional arrangements during an establishment period”.

Water New Zealand made a short submission on the amendment legislation, ahead of appearing at Select Committee.
