Resilience of Aotearoa New Zealand’s Critical Infrastructure Phase 1 Consultation

Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet asked for industry input into proposals to enhance, and potentially regulate, critical infrastructure resilience.

Critical infrastructure, formally known as Lifeline Utilities, will include the water sector as a critical infrastructure, and future water services entities as critical infrastructure entities.

Our submission included improving the recognition of waster sector, the current vulnerabilities faced and suggestions on how to enable improvements in the water services resilience.
