Hawkes Bay flood works Order in Council  

A temporary law change is being proposed to enable faster consenting of flood mitigation works at specific sites in the Hawkes Bay.

This proposed Order in Council was requested by the Hawkes Bay Regional Recovery Agency.

Water New Zealand is supportive of the intent behind the Order in Council.
