Letter to Minister regards targeted changes to the Resource Management Act

The Government has announced the next steps for resource management reform will be via two bills which make targeted changes to the Act. The first bill, promoted as amending the NPS-FW, is expected to be introduced to Parliament in May 2024. For the second bill the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform invited our input into its drafting, this is our response.
