We have a great opportunity for a civil/environmental engineer to join our catchment team as a senior specialist.
In this role you will prepare and review stormwater and catchment management plans for growth areas in the Auckland region, ensuring that any planning related to growth, including spatial priority and planning for future urban areas, are fully aligned with council’s priorities.
You will develop realistic, robust, buildable and affordable solutions to growth issues and asset renewals, working collaboratively with Watercare, Auckland Transport, Parks, developers and other infrastructure providers to develop such solutions.
There is immense satisfaction in knowing that your work is an integral part of council’s response to growth and climate change.
He kōrero mōu: About you
With a bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering or science, you have relevant experience in three waters infrastructure, particularly in stormwater. You are an effective project manager of projects that are complex and have a high risk/high value.
