Water New Zealand Stormwater Regional Meeting - Christchurch

While the summer may be looking dry for Canterbury, there is still plenty to talk about in the stormwater world, so here’s another great chance to catch up with the stormwater community before the end of the year. Our next regional stormwater meeting will be held on Thursday 22 October. It will begin at 5.30pm at Beca with drinks and nibbles and time to catch up with colleagues.

At approximately 6pm we’ll begin our presentations:

1. Beca will present on their recent work on Dudley Creek/Flockton Basin, the site of the worst post-earthquake flooding.

2. NZ Rainfall and Runoff Guidelines – John Pfahlert, Chief Executive of Water New Zealand, will update us on progress on this project

3. TBC - any offers? Accessible City? Western Belfast Bypass? Open channel condition assessment?
