Clare runs small, active and interactive workshops so people can talk, work, practise, share and learn from each other, to help them achieve their own unique goals.
A pre-workshop activity gives attendees the opportunity to think about their own work and objectives and to bring along ideas and materials to work with on the day. Follow-up activities help attendees revisit and consolidate their learning and start using it straight away back at work.
Clare is an experienced environmental professional who has also been an active member of the New Zealand Association of Training and Development for 20 years. Over that time she has developed and delivered numerous workshops specifically for environmental professionals and others responsible for legal environmental compliance in businesses, government bodies and non-profits. As the Sustainability Strategist, she works with others through her professional speaking, training, coaching and published books.
“Clare presented some very well-developed thoughts on environmental performance and business success which went down extremely well with the contractors, who are a tough-minded audience.”
“Clare’s workshop exceeded my expectations ... Clare was well organized and has a gift of encouraging her trainees. I left the workshop confident in myself as a trainer.”
“Clare changed my viewpoint on what sustainability means and helped me think more laterally about what can be done.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed your session and learnt information that I hope to apply in my own workplace.”
“I really did enjoy the workshop. It was exactly what I needed to help me achieve my business objectives.”
“I loved the openness and exploratory nature of the workshop, and appreciate getting the workbook and references to take away and continue thinking! Really look forward to the next steps.”
