This 1hr workshop will be facilitated by Deborah Lind of Aurecon (recently) and Water NZ’s very own Gillian Blythe.
The aims and objectives of this workshop focus on embracing change. The intention is to share ideas and innovations to broadly enable more resilient stormwater outcomes. This is proposed through highlighting resources available through the Diversity Agenda to support organisations ensure diversity, equity and inclusion outcomes. Through preparedness, response, recovery and resilience by leveraging all skills available. And talking directly to the role of marae in emergency or incident management.
The outcomes of the workshop will include a published article summarising the discussion and key outcomes thereof. It will also highlight the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to attendees
