Joshua McIndoe is the current Chairman of the Water Industry Operations Group (WIOG). He is also the Water Unit Manager at Waimakariri District Council and has teams that work in: water and wastewater treatment, reticulation maintenance, reticulation contracts, and a small business support team. Joshua is also a registered onsite assessor for L4 water and wastewater treatment New Zealand certificates for Connexis. Joshua is passionate about the 3 waters operations industry and is always keen to see upskilling and training of staff in this area, as well as promotion of this as a career of choice.
