National Engineering Design Standards - Workshop

Conference

Work is underway to develop a clear technical National Engineering Design Standard for drinking, storm and waste waters across Aotearoa New Zealand.

There are currently 45 different codes of practices providing information on how to design and construct water infrastructure. The best of each is being consolidated into a single technical standard that can be used by the water service entities to better deliver water infrastructure to our communities.

This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to:

  1. Learn more about the code and how it could support your work.
  2. Provide input into the final stages of the standard.
  3. Ensure stakeholders in your network are included in groups to opertionalise the new code.

To attend this workshop you do need to register for the Water New Zealand Conference & Expo
