Overview
This one-day seminar is aimed at all those involved in infrastructure decisions at a portfolio, programme or project level.
ILM focuses on Investment Logic Mapping (ILM) - a methodology that guides an organisation to make sound investment decisions. ILM involves informed discussions by key stakeholders who are responsible for or directly effected by an investment decision. It involves an examination of the problem to be resolved, the expected benefits and the possible options that could be applied.
This seminar will provide an introduction to ILM and its application to individual project, programme and strategic initiatives. Seminar participants will participate in an ILM case study to reinforce the problem definition, benefit and strategic option phases of the ILM process.
Course Facilitator
Jim McMahon is an accredited ILM facilitator with wide experience in its application at individual project, programme and strategic initiatives.
